2. Chamfer tools in Solidworks

3. How to apply a chamfer

A chamfer is a beveled edge on a piece of metal, wood, or other material. In Solidworks, there are two ways to create a chamfer: the Chamfer feature and the Extrude Cut feature. The Chamfer feature is the easiest way to create a chamfer. To use the Chamfer feature, select the two edges that you want to bevel and click the Chamfer button on the toolbar. 4. Chamfer options

There are three types of chamfers that can be created in Solidworks; angular, bevel, and fillet.
