The appearance will then be moved back to the main list of appearances. If you are sure you want to permanently delete an appearance, you can click on the Delete button in the Trash folder. This will bring up a dialog box asking you to confirm the deletion. Once you click OK, the appearance will be permanently deleted and you will not be able to get it back.
